Story: OUR VISION FOR THE LAND ADJACENT TO HISTORIC DOWNTOWN FORT MILL WAS A PUBLIC/PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP, MAXIMIZING LAND USE ALONG THE EXISTING FREIGHT TRAIN LINE THAT ABUTS MAIN STREET. 

The newly developed site greatly improves the front entry experience for those arriving from I-77 while simultaneously reinforcing the town center block shared with the west side of Main Street. The two, two-story buildings include highly-flexible, mixed-use designs suitable for office/business, incubator/retail, and/or small restaurant tenants that can evolve over time. The creation of building massing and related town streetscapes complement the existing historic downtown.
