Story: Located in the heart of South End, these nondescript industrial buildings are survivors of the area's recent industrial era. 

Rather than simply tear these buildings down and replace them with new luxury, mid-rise housing, our client has chosen to adaptively re-use the existing structures as food and beverage, retail, and creative office space. Our challenge is to repurpose the buildings while preserving and enhancing the existing patina and character. Additionally, we plan to update the look of portions of the complex with less intrinsic character.
