Story: These townhome communities are nestled in some of Charlotte’s most coveted in-town neighborhoods supporting residents live-work-play lifestyles. We designed these developments with a playful modern farmhouse aesthetic and flexible open floor plans. These communities have a mix of 16 and 21 foot-wide units along with a range of unit configurations that include rooftop living and terraces.
