The design of this luxury apartment community opts to emulate the style of the latter with craftsman-style detailing and proportions reminiscent of the town's other large, lodge-like resorts.  Consistent with that goal, a four-story tower anchors the intersection of the two adjacent public streets and includes at its base a two-story, semi-public covered porch, complete with comfortable furniture – a place of rest or a meeting place for both apartment and town residents alike.
