Story: ROCK HILL MEDICAL PLAZA IS AN ATRIUM HEALTH MEDICAL OFFICE FACILITY PLANNED TO BETTER SERVE THE HEALTHCARE NEEDS OF THE GREATER ROCK HILL/YORK COUNTY COMMUNITY.
Located at the northwest corner of the I-77 and Celanese Road interchange, this three-story, 92,000 square foot building is on a highly visible 10-acre site. Rock Hill was the first Atrium Health medical office building designed by incorporating a very inclusive and hands-on LEAN process. We collaborated with a host of stakeholders, designers, and many actual end-users to discuss, examine, and propose a wide variety of potential physician practice and building efficiencies. This process resulted in a medical office building that will better enhance the patient experience and provide significant efficiencies to Atrium and the physician practice groups alike.
Tenants include Levine Cancer Institute, Shiland Family Practice, Sanger Heart and Vascular Institute, Rock Hill Pediatrics, Piedmont OB/GYN, and supporting third-party medical practices.
