Story: UNION TOWN CENTER IS A TWO-BUILDING medical office campus. THE SINGLE-STORY BUILDING HOSTS SEVERAL ATRIUM HEALTH TENANTS, INCLUDING UNION SURGICAL ASSOCIATES, DOVE INTERNAL MEDICINE, UNION OB/GYN, INDIAN TRAIL PEDIATRICS, AND AN URGENT CARE FACILITY.

We served as the architect for both the building developer and the tenant up-fit to bring varied medical services to an expanding suburb. The facility has individual storefront entrances, an Urgent Care Center, and an imaging center. Our design allowed a more compact footprint with convenient, easily identifiable entry points for each of the practices. Unique to this facility is a common interior corridor to allow the client’s varied practices to share support spaces, increasing efficiency by eliminating redundant spaces.
