Story: THIS THREE-STORY MEDICAL OFFICE BUILDING IS THE SECOND TO BE CONSTRUCTED ON THE LINCOLN MEDICAL CENTER CAMPUS, SERVING BOTH PRIMARY CARE AND SPECIALIST PATIENTS.
Lincoln Medical Plaza II boasts a centralized patient check-in and referral system with room self-assignment for patients. Its planning and development were undertaken through intensive meetings with the client and tenants to develop a building that would support increased flexibility and efficiency in care delivery. Clinical spaces are open to daylight from the punched windows, allowing constant orientation to the outside. A grand staircase in the lobby encourages its use instead of the elevators.
