Story: TO ACCOMMODATE GROWTH WITHOUT FOOTPRINT EXPANSION, WE ARE EXECUTING A 40,000 SQUARE FOOT VERTICAL EXPANSION TO AN EXISTING structure occupied by ATRIUM HEALTH.

When the building was first constructed 25 years ago, a second phase vertical expansion was planned. We have worked with the HRT team to minimize tenant disruption while enhancing and expanding the available square footage. The general contractor, JE Dunn, Inc., has been involved from the earliest stages. We have worked collaboratively to deliver the project on-time and under budget, fulfilling the client’s dreams for a smooth project start to finish.
