A unique project for a unique location. Just 20 minutes from uptown Charlotte and located in Mooresville with an incredible west-facing view of Lake Norman, Sunset Cove Hotel is a special venue. The hotel is envisioned as a luxury lakefront resort with 82 five-star guest rooms, event spaces, a restaurant, a spa, and beach-style outdoor spaces.
FMK Architects provided design services to guide the project from concept, through site rezoning to a final design package.
