Baxter Commerce Center is a retail/office condominium building located in Baxter Town Center. The Town Center is the commercial hub of Baxter Village, a Traditional Neighborhood District (TND) community developed by the Clear Springs Development Company in Fort Mill, SC. The community includes an excellent mix of vibrant civic, office, retail and residential uses.

The Baxter Commerce Center building is sited at the prominent corner of Market Street and Springmaid Avenue, anchoring the southern edge of a small urban park. The three-story brick building incorporates many of the design expressions and building materials found in traditional mercantile buildings throughout the Carolinas. The interior space is designed to accommodate 19 individual “suites” ranging in sizes and uses from professional offices to a ground level chocolate shop.
